Terms and Conditions

We will endeavor to dispatch your order within 2 days of receipt. In the event of a delay or if we are unable to fulfill the order, we will notify you promptly.

If you wish to return any items from your order, please notify us in writing. Returns should be made within 2 weeks of receipt. Refunds will be issued once the returned items are received. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in a resalable condition. If the items are faulty, we will cover the return postage costs; otherwise, the customer is responsible for postage.

In the event that you do not receive an item, please inform us. Items will be sent via Royal Mail or Parcel Force and tracked. An order can be cancelled prior to dispatch; however, cancellation cannot be made once the order has been dispatched.

Privacy Policy

We will only collect data necessary for processing your order, such as contact details and delivery address. Once the order is completed, this data will not be retained without your permission. We use PayPal for transactions, and any transfer of money will be subject to PayPal's terms and conditions.
